Accessibility to the web is becoming a major concern for all institutions, especially for those wanting to educate their users on content-related to Cultural Heritage. Nowadays web accessibility guidelines provided by the W3C Consortium are very useful for ensuring accessibility to information; but they do not pay attention to the so called user satisfaction. The HOC Laboratory of the Department of Electronics and Information (Politecnico di Milano), in cooperation with TEC-Lab (University of Lugano), has developed an innovative technology that allows overcoming most of the limitations of the W3C accessibility guidelines.
