Abstract

This paper will focus on using the Internet for instruction in terms of web-based software that 1) project organizers or participants can use to facilitate a richer collaboration when using the Internet for inquiry lessons, and 2) that facilitates the process of developing on-line communities of learners. Knowing the potential use and strengths of this software enhances the knowledge of techniques and tools for those who wish to facilitate, or participate in, Internet-based instruction or an Internet-based community of learners.
