Understanding group conflicts and utilizing mentoring strategies in online collaborative learning environments are vital in promoting the group's movement to desirable achievement. This paper reviews the significance of process skills in online groups and provides a conceptual framework for e-mentoring as well as strategies for effective online learning experiences.
